I could use some encouragement

last week I took on more excersize than I have had in _years_. I ate well below my food targets (except for one or two days where I used flex points to treat myself...

And as of sunday, I had lost 2.5 pounds. (yes I cheated and weighed early to see if my new excersize was working) this morning, I get on the scale to find I gained 1.5 of those pounds back, bringing this week's loss to a predictable 1 pound. when I got on the scale a second time to be sure I stood right, it *then* said I was the same weight as last week. :(

so I lost a pound... I guess I should be happy. but I'm not. I worked damned *hard* last week, and not to lose the same damn single pound again... I know this is the last time I should be feeling weak and caving in, but I feel totaly deflated.

[edit] I feel like a dork, I just entered my weights and found that I actually lost two pounds from last week. I'm probably expecting too much but I was hoping for at least three. but still... now I'm worried about my scale. Weight loss and GAD are not friends [/edit]
